Musee Carnavalet - Visitor Information

Carnavalet Museum  Hours of Operation:

Tue-Sunday 10am to 6pm

(Except public holidays, Easter Sunday and Whit Sunday)

Ticket office closes at 5.15pm.

Some galleries are open in alternation.

A schedule is available daily at the museum reception desk.

Closed on Mondays

Permanent collections and themed exhibitions:

Free admission.

Temporary exhibitions:

Variable admission charges.

Fees for lectures and cultural activities

Paid in addition to the admissions fee for exhibitions.

Reduced rate (upon presentation of a valid ID)

Children and youth 26 and under, active teachers and researchers.

Coordinators of the City of Paris (disabled persons and their guides, unemployed persons, persons who receive RMI, members of the Society of Friends of the Carnavalet Museum)
